Welcome and thanks for using Westerton Farmers.  When you use the services provided on our website you’re agreeing to our terms, so please take a few minutes to read over the terms of use (“Terms of Use”) below.

We amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Please check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the applicable terms. These terms and conditions were last updated on 8 April  2020.

We take payment via Paypal, which accepts Paypal accounts, Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Maestro cards.


We deliver locally to the following postcode areas:

  • AB30
  • AB39

We are adding postcodes to our delivery area so please check back. Click and collect options are also available for local pickup in selected postcode areas – this can be selected in the checkout area.

Delivery days are Tuesday & Friday, and customers can select that at time of order. Orders must be submitted by 12pm the day before, otherwise the delivery will be presumed as for the following week. 

You will receive email confirmation of your order shortly after your payment is processed online. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on the above email to ensure that it has been processed correctly. 

Timings will depend on the number of orders and customers location. We can not give a specific time, however should no-one be at home please let us know an alternative safe location to leave the delivery in the notes section of your order. 


We’re afraid that currently you can not make alterations to boxes online. If you do want to make alterations please contact us direct at fiona@westertonfarmers.co.ukf . We aim to provide an efficient and high quality service for our customers, we hope you understand that we try to keep exchanges to a minimum where possible. 


As a direct route to farm produce, some stock is seasonal and so while some varieties are available all year round, others may only be available at certain times in the year. This will be updated on our website so that customers are clear on what they are ordering.

Pictures used on our website are for presentation purposes only, as each item within the vegetable box can vary in colour, shape and size.

Complaints & Refund policy 

We are proud of the high quality produce that we provide to our customers, however please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are unhappy with your delivery.

Due to the nature of our fresh produce offering we would appreciate it if you could contact us within 48 hours of your delivery if your product arrives damaged or faulty. Vegetables come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and while we hope you wouldn’t mind the odd wonky shaped turnip, we want to reassure you we aspire to provide the very best quality produce for our customers.

If you would like to discuss a complaint please contact fiona@westertonfarmers.co.uk who will endeavour to get back in touch as soon as possible. If it is deemed appropriate to make a refund, we will refund the payment directly using the method of payment used originally.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
